Mandarin Hotel COVID-19 Safety Measures

At the Mandarin Hotel, the comfort, health and safety of our guests is our highest priority. Here are some of the measures we are taking at the hotel in order for our guests to feel safe when staying with us.

Temperature Screening: Guests are required to have their temperature taken and fill in a health questionnaire. All guests are required to wear face masks in the lobby and other public areas.

The complete deep clean is under taken: Increased frequency of cleaning. Spraying disinfectant in all areas, guest rooms, lobby, restaurants, function rooms, fitness center, elevators and all surface areas where are the most susceptible areas to potential transmission. To focus on cleaning and hygiene protocol the hotel will carry out regular cleaning and maintenance of ventilation system with antiseptic.  We also installed Anti-Virus Copper Film focusing on frequently used such as door handles, lift buttons to ensure your safety.  Hand sanitizers are available in the lobby and public areas. 

Safe distancing measures: Across the property, guests will also be kept at least one meter apart while queueing at check in /out counter, restaurants, as well as when seated or in waiting areas. 

Staff hygiene:  We have already arranged vaccination for all Mandarin staff. All staff must go through temperature check everyday and they must wear masks and gloves while working in the hotel. Our staff will regularly be monitored on COVID-19 guidelines, they are well- trained to assist with many situations including isolation of anyone who may feel unwell.

Food Safety:   All meals are produced hygienically following strict food safety requirements.

With the SHA-approved sign mean we have passed the scrupulous hygiene, sanitation and safety inspections providing a clean and safe environments  for all visitors.
