- Fully vaccinated : at least 14 days prior to traveling
- Must have insurance with minimum coverage of USD 20,000.
- Must have a paid SHA+ or AQ hotel reservation confirmation (including RT-PCR test fee)
- Register on Thailand Pass : http://tp.consular.go.th with required documents ;
- Passport
- Vaccination Certificate
- Insurance with minimum coverage of USD 20,000.-
- Paid SHA+ or AQ hotel reservation confirmation on the 1st day and the 5th day
- Thai Visa (if required)
- Must get a COVID-19 test (RT-PCR only) 72 hrs. before departure and have a negative result
